As your lips heal, the colour will soften and may appear temporarily uneven or lighter before settling over the following weeks. Final colour retention varies from person to person.

Lip Blush typically lasts around 1–3 years, although results vary depending on your skin, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare.

The colour will gradually soften over time, and touch-ups are recommended every 12 months to maintain the colour and desired finish.

Lip Blush can trigger a cold sore outbreak if you carry the herpes simplex virus, even if you haven’t experienced an outbreak for some time.

If you have a history of cold sores, please consult your GP before your appointment to discuss preventative antiviral medication.

Yes. Lip Blush is a two-part treatment. A perfecting appointment is required 6-8 weeks after your initial treatment to assess how the pigment has healed and retained, address any colour loss or unevenness, and make refinements where needed.
